LAO-0160

• Using high speed controller and up to 10 axes synchronized axes. It makes accurate wire positioning and good shape of core with high speed winding possible.
• Motion of the center former and side former (option) is controlled by AC servomotor. Furthermore, by applying know-how of intermittent wire feed for traverse movement, accuracy winding is realized.
• No scrap wire. The wire clamp mechanism holds and cuts wire simultaneously.
• This machine is designed with core loading and unloading to be integrated into a production line that is equipped with pre- and after processes through transfer system.
• Easy change and assembly are featured due to standardization of units.

OFT-0160

• The servo controlled flyer vertical axis gives the machine the ability to create lead wires up to 400 mm in length.
• The wire can be tapped at any position required and simple programming can change the position.
• Feed back from the core height measurement is applied to the winding program to adjust the core height tolerance.
