Bench Top Spindle Coil WinderBOS Series
The BOS series machines are high-performance, bench top coil winding machines equipped with servo motors. The cast-metal body is excellent in rigidity and integrated manufacturing by five faces machining center enhances imposing accuracy. Fundamental machine construction reduces the number of component parts and makes maintenance easier.
We have a variety of manufacturing lines according to production work specifications or wire specifications.

BOS360 Series
This series are high-performance coil winding machines applying Nittoku's original NSC50 controller.
With Nittoku's special servo motor tensioner and servo twisting machine, the cycle time can be shortened and production efficiency can be remarkably increased.
